1. Overview

Please carefully review these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, and End-User License Agreement (EULA) (collectively, the "Agreement") before using the Video Dreamer application software, website, or related services ("App") provided by Vr.consulting Sp. z.o.o. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to comply with all terms outlined in this Agreement. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you are not permitted to use the App. We reserve the right to unilaterally amend the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, and anyone who downloads, accesses, or uses the App ("Users").

2. License to Use the App

Subject to the terms outlined in this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, private, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with its intended features as marketed by us. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by us, and we may revoke or suspend this license at any time, with or without cause.

3. Restrictions on Commercial Use

You are prohibited from using the App for any commercial purpose. Third parties are also barred from utilizing any content from the App for commercial use.

4. Managing Video Dreamer Accounts

Your Video Dreamer account provides access to the App and its functionalities, which may change at our discretion. By linking Video Dreamer with a third-party service, you authorize us to access and use your information from that service as allowed, and to store your login credentials. You may not use another person’s account without permission, nor may you transfer or share your account. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account and must safeguard your password. Notify us immediately if there is any breach of security or unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account. By providing your email, you agree to receive App-related notices electronically.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in activities that include, but are not limited to:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the App in any medium without authorization.
• Using automated systems like bots or scrapers to access the App.
• Sending spam or unsolicited emails.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the App’s security or integrity.
• Imposing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Uploading malicious software such as viruses or worms.
• Harvesting personal information from the App.
• Using the App for commercial purposes.
