This Privacy Policy explains how we ("VR.consulting Sp. z o.o.," "us," "our") collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Video Dreamer app.

PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE VIDEO DREAMER APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW, YOU MAY NOT USE THE VIDEO DREAMER APP.

If you live in the European Union, you confirm that you have reached the legally required minimum age in your country for the processing of your personal data and that you have the approval of someone with parental authority.

This Privacy Policy applies to information (including personal information) collected through the Video Dreamer App. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, “personal information” means information that identifies you personally, either alone or in combination with other information available to us. We collect minimal data directly from users, including:

User-generated content: Prompts and images used for video generation. Videos may be temporarily stored on our servers and are deletable upon user request.
Communication Data: Email addresses and names provided voluntarily through support emails.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are handled by Apple through in-app purchases. We do not collect or store payment information.

4. Use of Data

We use collected data solely to provide, improve, and support our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required by law.

5. Personal vs. Commercial Use

Personal Use: Refers to non-commercial activities like private viewing, sharing with friends or family, and posting on social media without monetization.
Commercial Use Prohibited: Commercial use of content generated through Video Dreamer is strictly prohibited. This includes using generated videos for advertisements, monetized social media, business projects, or any activity intended to generate revenue without explicit permission from us.
