End-User License Agreement

Introduction

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and VR.consulting Sp. z o.o., a company incorporated under the laws of Poland with its principal office located in Warsaw ("VR.consulting," "we," "us," or "our").

This EULA governs your acquisition and use of our Video Dreamer software ("Software") directly from VR.consulting or indirectly through a VR.consulting authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").

Please read this EULA carefully before completing the installation process and using the Video Dreamer software. By clicking "accept," installing, or using the Video Dreamer software, you confirm your acceptance of the Software and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

If you are entering into this EULA on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms. If you do not have such authority or if you disagree with these terms, do not install or use the Software.

This EULA applies only to the Software supplied by VR.consulting, regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any VR.consulting updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery.

License Grant

VR.consulting grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Video Dreamer software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

You are permitted to load the Software on a device under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the Software.

You are not permitted to:

• Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate, or otherwise change any part of the Software.
• Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose without explicit permission.
• Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.
• Use the Software in any manner that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Use the Software for any purpose that VR.consulting considers a breach of this EULA.

Data Privacy

Your use of the Video Dreamer software may involve data collection as described in our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle personal information in compliance with GDPR and other applicable laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
